Don't judge a book by its cover.  That is the lesson we learned when I took my Buyer to see this property.  In only one day of showings, we stumbled across this well-kept gem with a huge center fireplace and spacious open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, enormous clean and dry full basement, tons of closets and a brand new Buderus furnace to top it all off.  It was a no-brainer.  We made the offer an hour after the showing.  You never know what kind of great deals you may find when you visit and inspect the properties instead of simply looking at the pictures.
