New Hampshire Real Estate

My buyer's cried tears of joy and happiness, and a little bit of relief, when we finally closed on their first new home.  It was an all out, dragged through the bushes, kind of closing.  But we made it through.  And now my Buyer's are getting ready to have their first pool party with their very own in-ground pool.  I love it when my buyer's (in happiness) cry at the closing.  It makes me feel like I am doing my job.
