New Hampshire Real Estate

There is something special about watching a first time home owner sign papers and close on their very first new home.  It is very exciting.  My Buyer was a young man who bought the perfect home just for himself, spacious enough, no heavy yard maintenance and in walking distance to downtown where all the nightlife and hot spots are located.  Perfect.  I watched as he wiggled in his chair, just itching to be done with the paperwork and into his new house.  He smiled through the entire closing.  He couldn't wait to get that key and be off to inspect his new digs.  I was jealous.  Insanely jealous.  It was like he got to be a kid on Christmas all over again.  I hope I can give away that feeling to a few more Buyers this year.  More than a few, actually.  That was awesome.
