New Hampshire Real Estate

Laconia isn't my normal territory, but it gave me a chance to enjoy a few weekends by Weirs Beach during this particularly gorgeous NH summer.  Condominiums can be difficult to finance, especially when it involves a second home.  It took us a little while, a little bit of pushing and a lot of work, but my Buyers couldn't be more thrilled.  We finally closed this afternoon on this immaculate condo within walking distance to Weirs Beach, and at such a great price.  It was the best wedding gift I could have given them!
