Only three parcels of land have sold this year in Barrington thus far, and these fifteen acres were sure to be one of the listings to be sold.  How could you not pass up the highest point in and around Swains Lake, owned by Mr. Swain himself, the last parcel of land owned by the family, with the most incredible views in the area?  It wasn't that difficult to sell and the Seller was willing enough to negotiate.  Great piece of land at a great price!
