New Hampshire Real Estate

 There are some great finds in the forclosure market right now.  The trick is, getting in to inspect them because you never know when you will find a gem.  This one was.  From the outside, it seemed like your typical New Englander.  It could have been in any state on the inside, it could have been falling apart.  But the price was so sweet for this 'walk to downtown' home in Berwick, I brought my Buyer over days after it was listed and we both fell in love.  The previous owners had completely remodeled both bathrooms and the kitchen, it was gorgeous.  All of the hard work had already been done.  The house was more than a gem, it was a treasure trove!  We got an offer in right away and had it under contract.  While we were waiting to close, desperate Buyers were still submitting offers on the property, but we were the ones who nabbed this foreclosure first!
