 This was an interesting space. Prime downtown commercial retail in the heart of Dover with optimal road frontage in a high traffic area. This retail / office space consisting of 2,000 sf is the middle unit in a three unit commercial condominium complex. Great signage opportunity and you just couldn't beat the location, or the flexibility! Flexible lease terms, negotiable rates + NNN, and even flexibility on the desired sqaure footage. We had a lot of interest in this unit and went with the best candidate who took the majority of the space.
