leasedThe penthouse is gone.  It went in only two weeks.  It took even that long because we had multiple applications in on the property.  I am still pretty amazed that this prestigious place was rented so quickly in this economy.  But then again, I am not terribly surprised.  As soon as I listed this property, I used many different online marketing techniques that very few agents can do, only because I am also a webmaster as well.  I was able to get the word out to over 900 other agents in the area, immediately, without paying to be on listservs.  And one of those agents had an immediate taker.

That is me.  Real estate agent by day, webmaster by night, and supermom somewhere in between.

I really did love this property.  It was so extremely chic.  I enjoyed showing this condo at every occasion.  I imagined my own furniture in the unit, my own decor and how comfortable I would be living there.  The pictures do not do the penthouse justice, but it had these two decks.  One was an enormous patio, the other was a smaller deck outside of the master bedroom.

Deck 2 Patio

Because the two decks were on two adjacent sides of the building, you had panoramic 180 degree view.  You could see the harbor and the ocean.  It was perfect.  Each bedroom (there were three) had their own full baths, the master with a jacuzzi, there was a fireplace, a designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, elevator, garage and giant dramatic windows all around.  I can't say enough about it.  To top it all off, the unit had never been used, not once.  It was pristine.

It is gone now.  The lucky tenants are about to fall in love, as I did.
