A few weeks ago I passed the Maine State Law exam and received my Maine real estate license through reciprocity with the State of New Hampshire. So what does this mean? It simply means that I can practice real estate both in New Hampshire and Maine! - I can list homes for sale in Maine and New Hampshire.
- I can help you relocate from Maine to New Hampshire or vice versa, and you won't need to switch real estate agents!
- I can help buyers look for a seacoast property in both Maine and New Hampshire if the buyer is flexible and wants to look in both states.
- I can do local MLS searches for real estate for sale on the NH MLS and the Maine MLS.
In a nutshell, I am a more capable real estate agent, leaping tall buildings in a single bound and carrying a legal real estate license from state to state!
