Did you know that a Buyer's Agent is free for the buyer? It is the Seller who usually pays the commission. Many people find a home they are interested and then approach the listing agent to purchase the home. This is a huge mistake. Do you think the listing agent is going to get you a deal? NO! Why? Because s/he works for the Seller, not you, and is working to get that Seller the best price possible, as a good agent does. What you need is buyer's agent to represent you, to be in your corner and go to bat for you, to negotiate and get the best deal possible.
